Manual vs EA trading

Most traders and beginners mostly trade using Manual because of lower balance, but EA is better than manual trading and profit earned in EA is higher than manual trading.

I currently trade using the EA, and I find it much more reliable regarding earning profits than Manual, but most traders prefer using the manual because it is easily accessible for beginners and traders that maintain a low balance.

As an experienced trader, I would discourage people from EA trading. The only way to become a successful trader is to learn how to read the market by yourself.

I'm a new trader and I've been trading for some time now, somewhat successfully, I wanted to ask the community. Who has had more success with either EA trading or manual trading.

Well, this is how I see it as follows:
Manual Trading is great if you have the following:
1. Time
2. Skills
3. Experience
4. Stable emotions

EA Trading is great if you have the following:
1. You have found an EA that works well and reliable
2. You know how to adjust the settings for your best safety and profit (i.e. a good balance of risk vs profit)
3. You have a trusted and reliable broker that works well with you and your EA

Yes, many of the EA do requires you to have a bigger balance with $1000 or more to start safe trading. But not too worry, there is one simple way to solve this problem. If you don't have $1000 but only $100, you can still use any EA with a CENT account to help protect your safety. Because with a CENT account, your $100 would immediately turned into and showed up as 10000 (cents) in that CENT account, and the EA would just treat your account as a $10000 account which in fact is actually only 10000 cents and not 10000 dollars. So by using a CENT account, you could simply minimize your risks by using a minimum 0.01 lot for all your trades which would keep you much safer and harder to die. But if you just use 0.01 lot for your normal $100 with a normal standard account, I can assure you that there is a great chance you won't be able to survive for long. Simple as that.

I'm a beginner entering live trading soon and wanted to know which shows more success rate while trading with a real account EA or Manual Trading?

I think if the bot was program almost perfect, it will definitely win against manual trades, beside if you are using a bot you can save time for yourself watching market movements, but if you had already program your strategy in your bot, let the bot work for you.

I recommend trading with Manual trading because EA trading requires to have a maintenance of higher balance for trades, and Manual trading requires a lower balance which is also suitable for beginners.

Hi, I'm trying to trade by hand, but after the first good results it's a bit bad now. Because I think that despite my knowledge, they block my emotions

I prefer manual trading because it is not complicated as EA trading because manual trading does not require a higher balance to trade, and it is easily accessible even to beginners.

EA trading requires a higher minimum balance for live trading, and beginners can't take such risk by investing high capital to trade live.

Yes it's true indeed that many EA require higher balance to be safer. However, I only discover recently that actually traders could use a Cent account with smaller balances such as $100 and etc. When using a cent account, $100 becomes 10,000 cents, thus able to help minimize the risks when readjust the lot size to smaller value. Having said that however, still it requires good understanding of how such EA works and what are the settings that help minimizing risks as well as keep a reasonable good profits overall. In short, nothing just come easily without doing enough hard work. That's my take about EA trading.

As for manual trading, I believe it is the best option if you have time and skill as you are mostly in control of almost everything. Whichever way you prefer is ok as long as you know what you are doing and you are comfortable with it:)

Automated trading is really good, but I prefer sticking with manual trading because I can trade even when I have a very low balance, whereas EA requires a higher balance to trade.

If you can find a good EA, why not use EA? Use EA with news alert, so EA put fundamental aspect also.
Manual trading need experience and spend time to do analysis technical and fundamental. otherwise is 50:50 chance...:)
I did manual trading with good profit but difficult to be consistent since difficult to control emotion and time management also.

I prefer sticking to Manual trading because beginners in live forex can trade with a lower balance so that the risk is also lower, and the beginner does not need to maintain a higher balance for his next consecutive trade.

i will stick to manual trading. i just like it. but would rather try to make the generation of my signals auto.

I prefer auto trading because if you can find an EA that is truly profitable consistently that is freedom and real passive income. But that is hard to come by.
