Make arrow ea(code question)

Hello. I try to make autotrading system at first.
I have arrow indicators. I wanna try to make arrow ea.

When appear up arrow > stop all trade and buy
When appear down arrow > stop all trade and sell

2.
When appear up arrow > buy
Take profit and stop > 30pip then stop
Loss and stop > 30pip then stop

When appear down arrow > sell
Take profit and stop > 30pip then all trade stop
Loss and stop > 30pip then all trade stop

Commom
How many buy > 1 ~ ∞ ( can choice numbers)
How many sell > 1 ~ ∞ ( can choice numbers)



I wanna make ea this condition.

And when make ea from indicatoe, just copy the indicator code and add ea condition code??
