General Needing support any support

I am needing for all your help, support or guide. I have passed the 1st phase using a Dark Venus EA and I am now in verification phase. However, the problem I have is I had the bot run my verification stage and now I am 1% off from losing this challenge and I have up to 20 Dec to pass otherwise I fail the whole session

Anyone out there able to give some support or advise how to pass this
