to use this technique the suitable times are between 2:00pm-5:00am EST, 8:00am-12:00am EST and 7:30pm-10:00am EST. And for this technique, before the news or after the news, try to avoid it.

For setups:

1. Bollinger Bands (2 deviation and 20 period)
2. RSI (period 7)
3. ADX

Buy Orders:

1. The price is moving below the Upper Bollinger Bands
2. The RSI is above the 30 level
3. ADX < level 32

Sell orders

1. The price is moving above the Upper Bollinger Bands
2. The RSI is below the 30 level
3. ADX > level 32

exit position:

1. When the price touches the middle Bollinger / middle line
2. When the price touches the opposite Bollinger line
3. 1-5 pips

Stop Loss

1. 7-15 pips
