Smart Money Concept / supply-demand /Discount-Premium

It's been a while since I learned about the SMC and I admit that sometimes you get lost according to the different instructors, I see all the time on the graphs some put Supply-demand others Discount-premium with the same model . So my question is to know is it the same thing with only different names or is it quite the opposite?

Traders with poor mentality should stay away from Forex trading because it cases them no benefit ultimately. Strong mentality is a support for traders because it doesn’t discourage a trader even though he is in a consistent loss rather it always inspire for the next attempt.
