For those of us who think the market is a random, uncontrolled place where we meet behind our desktop and trade to each other I just want to let you know that, I found out the hardest way possible. Losing money to these brokers making me feel like funding an account is a donation while watching others eat from the sidelines since I became the liquidity for that trading window.

Keeping a trading diary allows you to record screenshots of good and bad trades, as well as your feelings after each session. Using this key, when we are presented with similar operations in the future or when we have doubts, we can look at the past and see how we did in that previous moment, which will be helpful in making decisions in the future.
