This is actually an extremely useful indicator. The original system
comes complete with a three layered Oscillator which frankly I
didn't get on with.

but the Trade Predator indicator itself incorporates quite an
insightful algorithm and is very adept at spotting trend trading
opportunities

I personally use it in conjunction with my own baseline but
you can utilize it anyway you choose

I will try to give a few examples

I just opened a position on CADCHF on M15 but higher TFs
are usually preferred.

You can just have the percentage read out without the
colourful graphics. They can get a bit garish

Here is sc of the CADCHF trade in progress. This is mainly for demonstration purposes
I probably wouldn't trade the M15. You can see I'm trading the pullback with a high percentage
and we have green above ADX red

I more recently went short on Oil and maybe you can see why.

The first thing that really stands out is that I didn't enter at the arrow
or indeed anywhere near it

but the percentage was over 80% so I just waited for a pullback
that was supported by an ADX cross confirmation

rules for system are wait for arrow, and enter when all three oscillators turn same colour.
I didn't find that very profitable but rather, wait for arrow and trade the next pullback
as with oil above

the ADX is a very good confirmation and will filter out a lot of losing trades

PS I don't use the oscillators, they are not on the sc

Hello Murodi, I completely agree. Many have found it to be profitable but the true entry signal waiting for the three oscillators to line up - by that time you have missed most of the move!

I like the percentage indicator for trend following, but you need more than that it’s true
