Hi guys!! Im quite new in the forum so I'm unable to download the EA/ or is it an indicator?

Got two questions though.
1* Is the EA/Indicator specifically for the Volatility Index Fin Market or does it work on other asset classes as Well?
2* If its an EA, could anyone provide Back-tested data. Otherwise if it's an Indicator, some Forward-tested results would be helpful.
