Westernpips Trade Monitor 3.7 not working

I have been trying to make trade monitor 3.7 work for past 5 days but didnt succeed. Can some one help in this regard.

LMax is not showing any feed at all. Did someone face the same issue>
 
Do you have access to LMAX? Seems like you need LMAX price feeds to use it.
I have WP7, but I can't set

lmax will not show any feed till you don't purchase data feed
