hi, what do you mean by bad market? to me in MT4 trading, there is no "bad market", only range bound market or trending market
so before you start to trade, you need to see if the market is range bound or trending
if it is trending, then use breakout strategy
if it is range bound, then use oscillators and trade on pullbacks

Bolliger band works best its shows range nad trend if u spot range on h4 move to 30 mins with Bollinger band use 2,50,2 settings
