    I don't know anyone, but a little research and you will figure out your issues by yourself. Maybe you overtrade, overthink, and overleverage. If so, just cut that shit out and keep it moving. And, never revenge trade.

    I use Soft4FX Forex Simulator on the mt4 and it's pretty resourceful.

    I use Oanda and Hugosway. Oanda is regulated in the US and you can start as low as $5. Hugosways isn't regulated but allows indices and you can start with $100 or lower.

    Demo on a live account. They are not the same from experience and you get to work on your emotional state as well using a live account.
