I think support and resistance is very important to price action trading. I use SR levels a lot to set profit and stop-loss targets.

The root cause of revenge trading I think is that you have not accepted your risk. I was once told that you need to be happy to lose the amount you set your SL at. Once that is settled then trading becomes less stressful and trying to "get back" your losses'

I find it hard to set goals because of my inconsistency on a day by day basis. It no good for me to say I am going to earn 2% today as one day I am up and the next I am down. I think goals need to be set for longer-term like monthly or quarterly..

Hi...I have recently been looking into cTrader as opposed to Trading View or MT4. I find it quite easy to work with but was wondering what others thought about it.

How many trades would you do in a day? Some say only 1 or 2 while others say keep trading until you have a loss.

Where is the PDF? Can't see it anywhere. Interested in having a look.

One tip I have come across is to have a checklist of your parameters for a trade with you before placing a trade.
