    There is no such thing as a spike detector. Spikes are random. Use price action on higher tf. All indicators keep shifting on boom and crash. Looking back it seems to work but real time it does not. I have tested many strategies and untill now only 1 is kind of good. I will post it soon.

    I use both. I like MT5 better because of its interface. It is a bit more modern. Also the strategy tester is better in my opinion. It can do multi currency testing. MT4 is a bit more old school. I never noticed any performance differences. Keep in mind that there are many more indicators...

    For mobile it is available in appstore and playstore. For computer it is available at the site of your broker. The installation wizard is pretty easy to use.
