Finding arrows that actually stay put is a nightmare on MT4. Most of the free stuff you find in the usual forums repaints the second the candle closes against you. I've had a bit more luck looking for volume-based ones instead of standard moving average crossovers.

Nothing is 100% in this market. I've seen plenty of "guaranteed" signals wipe accounts in a week. Show some historical data or a verified track record before asking people to follow your entries.
Focus on EUR/USD if you're starting out. The spreads are usually the lowest and there's plenty of liquidity. I lost a lot on exotics early on because of the volatility. Stick to the majors until you get a feel for the market.
