Of course you can change the setting of an indicator while you paste it in a chart but for creating a new indicator you will have to compile a new one in mql4 or mql5 language.

It repaints. It repaints bad. The signals in history looks perfect. Do a backtest and you know this guy is misleading us cause the signals rearrange itself in history to look perfect.

They earn through the commissions or the spread. Spread is the difference between the bid price and the ask price for the trade. So, it doesn't matter whether you win or lose. They'll make money every time you execute a trade.
