I advise you to not completely leave manual trading but practice. It will be great for you, but I am not into automated trading. I admire the traditional manual trading method because I can feel my trades more.
The London session, Sydney session, New York session, and Tokyo session are the four trading sessions. The best times of the day to trade, in my opinion, are during the New York session, which runs from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, and the London session, which runs from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. EST.

Any random person selling you courses and saying that they have the best course and they know the secret of forex trading is fake because there is no one who knows the 'real' secret of forex trading.
