    MQ4 is source code, while EX4 is the compiled version of the MQ4. You can't get the source code from MQ4 easily.

    I use Chocoping. Before that, I used Virmach. Virmach is cheaper, but Chocoping has better latency.

    From what I know, there may be slight differences. For example, the "cracked" version can have an indicator with shows you news from ForexFactory. There's also some bug where the EA doesn't automatically stop when it has hit Equity Protector.

    Mostly Google. Sometimes DuckDuckGo. What I noticed is that DuckDuckgo will return results that are hidden in Google. But in most cases, Google usually has better results.
