    i think demo is just for getting use to how you are to execute your trading system/strategy. you ultimately want to practice with a live account albeit a small account unless you are confident. only then, scale up.

    risk management is key. perhaps you will need to trust the process and just trade like a casino. law of large numbers. if your system has an edge, the winners will eventually cover the lossers.
