So I tried it and it works fine for me. You must be doing something wrong. I copied all the items to the appropriate folders and loaded them into the chart from the BOTT templates. I am also attaching a picture from my MT4 terminal.

If it doesn't work for you on MT4, it won't work for you on MT5 either, because it's something very similar
