IC Market have their own VPS. but I think its quite expensive for small account. They can give it for free if you maintain 3K balance in your account.

This is the best broker. Im using this broker with big deposit. They don't have problem with withdrawal. Very reputable company and a Tier 1 licensed forex broker.
