When a person gets a signal referring to the 5 min time frame.. Or when they say a particular signal is good for 1 min 5 min 15min or 30 min time frame.. Does that mean if the signal gives a buy or sell signal during the 5 min (for example) than the tp should hit in 5 minutes? I don't...
