    I don't have the risk management book but I am following my own rules to trade Forex. My trading rules are quite simple. I follow 0.01 lot size with every 1000 USD amount. Risking 2% on every trade. Take profit is only 1%.

    I had also used version 2.5 of this EA but I think the version 2.3 with pending orders is more safe than the version I used.

    The best trading platform for trading is mt4. You can try some PAMM on it if you have good trading strategy and earn healthy commission also.
