Mt4 is still supported well by bigger signal providers and many advanced indicators are still written for MT4 only. I think it's better to stick on to this.

Exactly! Even if you do 2 -3 trades per day with an indicator and SNR levels you can earn better. But Automatic trading can blow your account any time if the market is choppy.

Repaint means ordinary indicator will change the arrow position upon appearance of next candle. So We cannot rely on the indicators signals because it may disappear. So the best indicator is the one where the signal doesn't disappear or change its position.

Tough to say. But its better have a best indicator and do 1 or 2 trade per day to earn well. This is what the pro traders say.
