Prop challenges is a scam guys. You will never get funded with real funds, their business is focused on selling the "hope" of getting funded and get a job. Meanwhile you have to pay price feed, subscription, initial capital etc. Not recommended really.

First learn to accept that losses is a part of the process. Next set some fixed stop loss settings, drawdown limits, max number of trades etc. Then gradually add flexibility to your trading plan (i.e. rules when and why you can adjust the parameters mentioned above).

I would recommend to try Tickmill or Hotforex they both have FCA license and during high-liquidity trading sessions they offer near 0 spreads on majors which is very convenient for scalping.

If it is free I think it is worth to try however if you want go live start from small lot size like 0.01-0.05 and don't increase risk for at least a week to make sure everything is fine.

I used this EA with Hotforex returns are moderate in the medium-term and it is quite sensitive to market conditions there are good and bad performance period. I would suggest to try it and optimize parameters according to your ideas.

Unfortunately there are no such mentors. All quality signals remain private and can be used to make profit just using more leverage. If somebody is selling you signals, clearly they want to share risk and you goal is to assess it as precise as possible.

My best returns usually come from the simple S/R system on high timeframes. Trades are rare and you have to wait for the outcome for one-two week but win rate is astonishing. You just have to plan your trades carefully.
