In the past it was possible to place pending orders at a high and low eg. 10 pips above and below the current price to see which way the news item impacted - however Brokers nowadays widen the spread and Market Makers often send the price up on bad news and down on good to seesaw their profits...- waylon1

dear traders do you use a stoploss ?
It is certainly wise to use a stop loss - I relate mine to the ATR - so for more volatile instruments it gives the trade room to breathe. If you habitually don`t use a stop - the law of averages shows you will blow up your account. However moving your stop is also vital in order to protect your...- waylon1

Most South African Traders are scammers.
It is easy to confuse a slick sales organization with a professional trader - the clue is how many `products` they publish and are the claims believable? Happily a good forum like this together with some quick internet searches soon exposes the cheats for what they are.- waylon1
