DD % is calculated with the open trades are in negative. The calculation is as following
DD% = (Total Drawdown/ Total Balance in the account)*100
For example if the open trades on a 1000$ account is -25$ then
DD% = (25/1000)*100 = 2.5%

Swap
Swap is an interest fee that is either paid or charged to you for keeping the open trades to the next day. To check the swap charges right click on the pair in market and select specifications.
Under specification you will be able to check swap long and swap short for the charges.
If you are using an EA, I recommend that when your account balance reached 2x the initial deposit you made, you take our x. From there on you are playing with your profit and not your initial capital. No risk involved.
