Sounds like a scam to me... I also had that with signal providers, saying they could double my money. After I sent payment they said I need to transfer more money.. So I think you paying a scammer, and he is asking for more, I wouldn't spend a dollar more if I were you.

Well, when I backtest it it depends on the year. This year seems to be okay, but some previous years were pretty bad.

I think, robots may work, but it's very hard to find the right robots (robots that really works for a long term) and it will take long to make a nice amount of money. It isn't as easy as they say / as some sellers promise. Personally I would never invest $2000 or $10.000 as some sellers...

Demo is recommended indeed. There is only one thing certain in Forex, and that is the risk. :sneaky: I always start on demo when I use a new expert advisor, running it for at least a few months

I agree, there are a few good ea's for free, but it is searching for a needle in a haystack. Many free ea's are using martingale that will blow your account, or simply don't work or are limited.

I just deposit at least $300 and get a free vps from my broker. I don't think you should try to look for a free vps on google, it will take plenty of your time, and the server will not be good. However AWS is indeed an option.
