you just make a wallet and store them there. if you decide to hold on them then you leave them there to thrive, otherwise you just withdraw them to a bank account simple as that

I don't think its about the years but its about who you're learning from and how you're taking advantage of the knowledge you get in order to form your own strategies try them fail and fail and fail until you eventually find the "perfect" strategy which doesn't exist. but maybe you can get close...
