I use a Russian service called ProfitServer, and they are excellent. About $10/month for great hardware and speed. My broker also offers free VPS on accounts of US$5k or more, but they are not any faster, from what I can tell.

Seems pretty far from legit. All I trade is gold, and his results are far from unusual in the past 2 quarters.
