    Sure you can, but it is hard to start out and just "go for it". The clue is learning and growing, bot in confidence and ability.

    It hurts, and the "have to spend money to make money"-line is a cliche, but everyone loses sometimes. Being consistent is more important.

    Good points, and important. So much loss (in trading but also in life) comes from being tied up emotionally, reacting to stress and other things. Cool heads prevail. We're all human, after all.

    In forex... perhaps 20-30$ on a 200$ account. In stocks I got lucky with AMC and gained 7000$ dollars in 2 hours. Got hopeful and greedy, but sold out at 5200$
