What type of trader are you, and how long did it take to see results? (Swing,Day,Scalper) Personally im a day trader using price action and i've been profitable for the past 2 months consistently. It took me around 2 years, putting in little effort every week.

As a beginner, as many as you want until you learn i would say. If you are using real money then obviously don't even trade, and start using demo accounts and also backtest after your trading session is done.

Swing trading can be hard to learn, cause it takes long for the trade to come in to play, possibly days or weeks, and then once you open the trade, it could also take days for it to hit tp/sl. So point is as a beginner you will lose patience and not only that, but it will take longer to learn...

In my opinion, neither of them are that good. Day trading is the best way to go, and just trade straight price action and nothing else.

No one can really teach you that, you just have to understand it yourself. But i recommend backtesting different styles of trading, and that will give you confidence to trade.

Price action on gold works perfectly fine. Try to look for continuation of trend and look for an entry around there.
