Check out FP Markets, they do offer micro lot trading 0.01 pips and you can start with a deposit of $100. I am a scalper and use FP Markets as my primary broker account, their trading conditions are really good. They are regulated by ASIC as well.

FP Markets do have a micro account and with the lowest spreads and low commission than any other broker. They do not have a mini account cause most brokers that have a mini are considered to be a scam.

They're not so good but if you have to choose then Roboforex. IC Markets got so bad, their spread is terrible at market opening and news, slippage is tens of pips. Thanks god I closed my account and found a decent broker.
