Practice alot.. Try using demo ac first.. I myself become confident i try using free live ac that certain broker offer.. Than using cent ac until i really sure to use standard or ecn ac

Trade what you see, not what you think.
And respect your capital; don't put on the line more than you are comfortable to lose at that given moment (1% of risk on a single trade is a good start to get this measure).
If you are not losing, you're already winning

Of course there's emotion, we are humans. That's the beauty
