Forex News USD: Yellen's Speech Had A Hawkish Tone Pointing To A December Hike - CIBC

CIBC Research comments on today's speech by Fed Yellen noticing that it's an attempt to warn markets not to underestimate the likelihood of another Fed hike before year-end. Indeed, the speech certainly had a hawkish tone to it.
