Why would investors still invest in stocks?

I can understand that indexes may be reliable to an extent that the country's monetary authority will at least do some measures to stop an one-side growth/decline, but what about stocks, why would someone develop EA over stock trading, other than forex/commodities

:(id ont know why they are still investing in stocks, i see it as an unstable thing, which i would not do.

I would Love to have an automated robot for real stocks. then have a second account for long term dividend investments. - can you guys list automated real stock programs or platforms with safe preset settings to learn from??????? if any of you know python, there is a free platform all they want you to do is backset your own strategies before they release it life i need to research it way more.

Well the main reason is it's a gambling between a big profit or a high loss. Investors that invest in stocks do this because the main reason is that it provides the highest potential returns. It's like gambling but without allies and opponents

Investing/ trading in different derivatives are just different paths to take to the ultimate goal of making money and building wealth. What path you choose will all come down to your risk appetite and goals
