I havent lost money with them yet i unfortunately have cash thats now frozen in their bank accounts but i never had a bad experience with or experienced market manipulation

Hello guys, I am trading with JP Markets and already made any withdrawals in the beginning of August, the customer service said that I will get my money in 24 hours maximum, but I did not get my money until today, It's been more than 1 week after that case, you just change my balance to 0 in my MT4. Now, where is my money?? Please send it immediately.
