ATR uses the intersection of levels 0 and 1000 on TF М1 and М15.

Can someone show me on a chart what the following is supposed to look like:

"ATR uses the intersection of levels 0 and 1000 on TF М1 and М15".

I must be dense, because I am having trouble seeing how to set that up on an ATR chart.
