Developing Eliott Wave EA

Hello, I am quite new in MQL4 development and I need a bit of help. I would like to develop an EA that works on the theory of Eliott Wave. Anybody has some hints or tips on how to approach the development of this EA?
 
How do you know? Maybe Elliot wave is misunderstood and if you can manage it understand it then it would be profitable
