I think when you download MT4, that would also include the MetaEditor. You can watch youtube videos for basic coding. That's where I started though I already experience in coding.

Xo u can do dat my friend upgrade your MetaTrader Nd create a account @ mql4/5 .
You will have access to traders community/trading applications etc.
Including meta editor where you will compose dffrnt modules from dffrnt EA/ compromise it with your own setup.

NB* you don't need to learn how to code/programming.
