How To Use Mt4? Newbie Trader Needing Help Fast!

Youtube is a very good place to start from. Playing around with the platform also helps you get used to it quicker in my opinion.
 
Definitely, youtube is the best place to check tutorials.
Also, just go on the platform and explore yourself.
If you do not understand something just google it.
