ICT Order block strategy

Who has studied ICT Order blocks strategy? And how can it simplified for others to better understand and benefit from it
 
It is not that hard once you get the basics of it, I’ve been training on order blocks, liquidity and BoS from videos online that are available for free and applying it to a demo account, so far I’ve made a lot of mistakes, but trial and error is the way to go.
