Are there any VPS that don't experience down time?

I've used several that surprise me when i log back on because i see that the system is rebooted and my mt4 is closed.

There's no VPS out there that can guarantee zero downtime. Even the best ones can sometimes have hiccups. But some VPS providers are pretty good at keeping things running smoothly and minimizing downtime. So while you can't find a VPS with absolutely no downtime, you can find ones that work hard to keep it as low as possible. Just do some research, read reviews, and pick a reputable provider.

Some Vps especially Windows vps do reboot so you need to do auto recovery after a reboot.
