i cannot very my account, i have sent several documents with my address but no avail, they after review, they keep asking me to submit another document

I had the same problem. At the end, I send them multiple document with my address, most I expected to be refused (not a real address proof IMHO, but bank statement weren’t, and official papers from my countries weren’t, don’t ask why), however one was validated.

If it’s really difficult, try to open a ticket explaining your situation, they will escalate you issue to the compliance department which might help.
