Can we apply the high winning rate of binary options on the 4-hour and 1-hour time frames to Forex?

Suppose there is a method that can predict with high probability the direction of the candle one hour later or two or three hours later on a one-hour timeframe, can we increase the Sharpe ratio on a short-term timeframe after such a sign appears and make an entry?

For this purpose, I would like to have a high probability method for 1-hour and 4-hour timeframes first.
