Forex Broker redflags

Is there a regulatory body for brokers I should look out for because if its soft hand in brokers? I know some people don't even check if a broker is well regulated, I don't want to lose my money.

I'm trading with Think Markets and I feel bad. Think Markets is not good broker. The spread is too big and the MT4 often disconnected. It is hard to make transactions if your MT4 facing some issue. You can lose your chance. I think I will find another forex broker that fair and good enough.
