How effective is Demand and Supply in Forex?

Someone said it's the most effective price action strategy there is in Forex. How credible is this statement?

Is very effective, U can see the price would be make a reaction when the price touched or breakout the range. Use snr too to identified strong supply demand.

EURJPY today as we see here the big trend is still bullish, so it is good if you open buy position to follow the trend, you can open buy position when the price bouncing back to middle area at 129.640 with potential target up to resistance area at 130.068
