Is there a bluefish EA that works with all pairs?

I saw this on some telegram group where they posted investor credentials to verify the trades and the EA looks promising. but I can't find it. In the comments of each trade, it says bluefish.

after more than 6 years in the forex market and having tried thousands of indicators and robots I didn't find one robot to work in profit more than a few weeks before starting to take your balance down. Robots are ok in a specific market condition, if that will change than your robot will start taking losses. you need to optimise your robot every week.
