I have ended my 6months subscription last year using Samurai EA - it's not profitable at all and the people at memberforex are not responsive at all to all the emails I sent nor questions I have.
Forget about the thought please. It won't get you any where.

i dont know lmax and i just hear lmax to huge commission, but i am using brokerage under regulate MiFid Europe (sorry before to say name of broker, you can search google broker under regulate MiFid)
from author better with no preffix or no suffix pair for ea samurai
bot from here i am subscribe licence, event i am share here, its lock licence by acc mt4 , i am try to another acc mt4 self, but have notivication licence,you can gets licence

i am using broker under MiFid Regulate, it mean limit leverage, cannot open more lot and more position from our margin, lol but result slow make sure
better runn under regulate MiFid max lev 1:50 or 1:100direct price real DMA ECN, cannot trust broker market maker offshore regulate, its make different result too,
