Silver below or above $30 by the end of 2020!

In 2020 Silver fluctuated between $11.6 & $29.9 Now it's trading around $26.65
I think it will be above $30 share your thought..

After it pass $50 three digest in highly expected, & I think will end this year above $30 and more rising in the couple years ahead..
