Thats extreme lvels, I never norammly go past 80/20 and usually stick to 70/30

there are a few reliable one's you can download either here or some other sites, cant mention names but do google it

Knowing how to identify supply and demand zones can assist in identifying future price movements I prefer to draw my own than using indicators
